“If we work together, we can achieve anything.”

Bodhicharya Berlin needs our help. Sponsorship has failed to materialise due to the dreaded credit crunch, so we can all try to make this magnificent project come into being. I attended the fist teaching by Ringu Tulku in the new, yet incomplete temple.

The temple is centrally situated in Berlin, and will contain an apartment for the Karmapa, a retreat and healing centre, a library, a stupa, playground for children, seminar rooms, a neighbourhood café, a shop...

“It is useless to worry.”

“I rate no time to be unhappy.”

Here are some pictures and quotes from the ‘Open Day’ on 22 August, which was open to the general public, and which was attended by hundreds of visitors.

On the 23rd of August, Rinpoche gave his first Dharma teaching in the new shrine room.
